With a contemporary aspect, our newly opened restaurant in the Medina is 3 minutes from the Ain Azliten car park and 60 meters from the Talaa Kebira, main shopping street of the Medina of Fez.

The Maure’sk offers world cuisine, generous and refined and fusion style.

Our desire is to offer in the middle of the Medina of Fez, an alternative to people who wish to escape the traditional Couscous, Tajines by offering flavors from elsewhere prepared by our Chef Karim, who was inspired by his different experiences in worldwide.

All our products are bought on the markets and are cooked of the day. A new menu is proposed every 15 days, systematically including appetizers, dishes and vegetarian desserts.

The capacity of the restaurant is 20 covers divided into tables of 2, and 4 people. We can arrange and modulate tables to accommodate groups as well.
